The key to losing weight is not necessarily found in just dieting: considering the fact that weve been eating unhealthy just about our whole lives and unlearning behavior that has been learned is typically hard to do and it doesnt happen over night, its a process, this is one reasons why diets fail. Just like with a car, if a car requires diesel and you put gas in it, the motor, and transmission are bound to lock up, and the whole car will shut down. Remember, you can still eat the same foods, just smaller portions. Count your calories. Be mindful of how much youre eating and how often youre eating. Exercising and drinking plenty of water will also help with your weight loss goals, remember, you can do it!!! #Hypothyroidism
