The knottedline is an interactive resource for exploring the connections of freedom and unfreedom in the United States with an eye to the historical traces that have led to mass incarceration and the movements of self-determination that have existed simultaneously. The Knotted Line Curriculum looks to support critical analysis of the dynamics of the shifting line of free/unfree by creating opportunities for inquiry into “the infinity of historical traces” that have led to the present. knottedline/
