The last 3 years, this year being the 4th, I have carried out the tradition of having every 5th grader making a memorable wall tile to fill the halls of East Picacho. Yesterday, I got the details about the new state EOC exam for art. Elementary schools, testing for ART? I see these 5th graders 3 more times this semester. Two classes will spent taking the test, one prepping for it. So long traditions:( What a shame.
