I dont know what Im fighting for, All I know is what my targets are, So I step into rank like my brothers before, I walk the path; going over so far, Pick up my arms; Im ready for war, Walk the paths taken by the dead , Fight the wars; for those unable to fight, I wish I had more stories to tell , Of how we climbed the greatest hill , Of how we saved ourselves from hell , Im a soldier and I am born to kill. I am an Indian soldier Im a warrior and member of a tram. I serve the people of India And live the army values. I will always place the mission first I will never accept defeat. I will never leave a fallen comrade. I am disciplined and proficient in my warrior tasks, I always maintain my arms, my equipments and myself. Im an expert and Im a professional. I stand ready to deploy, engage And destroy the enemies of India in close combat. Im an Indian soldier, born to die.
