The last couple of days at work have been really rough, and that - TopicsExpress

The last couple of days at work have been really rough, and that has prevented me from really getting into the mindset to embrace going on this mission trip. But since Denise Kite Berumen and I left Dayton last night and have been making our way down to AIL Ministries Oaxaca youth camp, Ive really gotten excited about going! Im relieved that I was able to let all the stuff at work go and instead focus on getting onto Gods path (instead of meandering on my own path, as per usual in my life). It is such a privilege to be able to be part of Gods work, and it is an indescribable blessing to be able to go on this mission trip. Thank you to everyone who has sent prayers and financial sponsorship for this venture - it would not have been possible without the incredible support network I have. Thats all of you - and that makes all of you part of the work of this mission as well. And an especially big Thank you! to my wonderful wife, Heather Webster-Turbeville, without whos support and devotion, I couldnt possibly even have considered undertaking this trip (when our trip dates got moved around, not only did this mission fall smack-dab on top of our 11-year anniversary, but Heather is also recovering from surgery - what a trooper!). We are currently on our first layover in Guadalajara, and we will continue to check in and post pictures as we have internet available (currently on the free airport wifi - thank you Miguel Hidalgo for the wonderful amenities in your airport!). Thank you and God bless you all. Please continue to pray for the work being done on this mission trip, and that God be glorified as we work to partner CenterPoint Church with the wonderful work being done by Dave Miller of AIL Ministries. ~Christopher
