The last couple of days have had some highs and lows. Nightmares. The bad thing about them is you never know when they are going to happen. All i can sayis take advantage of a loving spouse who is willing to hold you and be there for you. Deanna Meeker i love you and thank you. Yesterday while i was cleaning some stuff out of my room, i stumbled upon a holster i had from work. In and of itself not a big deal. However when i grabbed it to move it i felt like i wanted to puke and just started crying. Then i stumbled on some other work things, which caused me to cry some more. Mixed in amongst those things was a family photo while i was close to the heaviest i have been. I also found pictures of the last 3 years of baseball and basketball pictures of the teams i have coached along with a letter my youngest son wrote how i was his hero. While working through this it made me realize what matters most in life and really made me reflect on my priorities and where i put my identity. Man i live my family.
