The last day of the summer/fall season when temperatures rose above 80 F. A splendid day for kayaking! At the end of Sept. 2014, the fall colors were just starting to appear. Naturally, I took along my video camera. Here are the results of the last kayak adventure of the season. Im painfully aware that this isnt the most exciting of video subjects --- two dudes paddling up and down a river. But by using interesting shots and editing, I tried to make things as entertaining as possible (hopefully). Plus, theres something about the crisp fall air that leads to all sorts of conversational flights of fancy, and downright good arguments. In that spirit, my friend & me would have begun another heated debate right out of the gate (this time over climate change), but I felt some pity for him, as hed just been banned from Facebook. Such a tragic turn of events demands that I be restrained --- at least in this 1st segment. I cut the whole thing down to a documentary running just over 21 minutes, w/ each segment running around 7.
