The last day to register with a Health Care Provider under the American Care Act is March 31st. Announcing: Open House and Health Care Forum In an effort to be as accessible as possible to constituents and allow them to learn about their health care options, Assemblyman Frank Skartados (D-Milton) announced that he is hosting a District Office Open House and Health Care Forum During the open house, Tracy Givens-Hunter and several NY State of Health-certified and trained navigators will be present to assist constituents in selecting a quality health care plan. Navigators are an unbiased source of information on health care and can explain all of your health care options. Ms. Givens-Hunter and the navigators can also assist constituents with completing eligibility and enrollment forms. Youre Invited: This Saturday March 15th The event will take place from 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. at 154 N. Plank Road, Newburgh. Assemblyman Skartados will also be available to answer questions about various programs like EPIC, HEAP and STAR, along with any other questions people may have.
