The last drill focused on the left leg. This obviously will be the right leg now. I am traveling upward a little by bringing my knee up to my chest for an exaggerated amount of leg travel. It can also be done by keeping your upper body low with less leg travel. Meaning No movement in height travel. Notice both feet face forward the entire time. Shoulders always stay level. I extend my right leg all the way out and then bring it all the way back to my chest. Arm swing is from front to back. Like I said before, this is about staying smooth and controlling the weight. The chair is simply stabilizing me because I have no hip band restraint on. Just decided to use a chair this time. Very good stuff shown here.
