The last few days I have read several thankful post, it prompted me to think about what I am most thankful for. Several thoughts crossed my mind. But tonight as I read my daily prayer lesson one thing jumped out at me. The Lord has never given up on me, although I have been tempted to. What if I had given up because of temptation, or what if God gave up because he knew my heart. If he did not give up on me why should I give up on myself. When someone offers up their life for us, their love is clear. If that is not motivation enough for you to get right and on one accord with Christ, then somewhere there is a serious problem. I have a lot to be thankful for, but most of all its the love of Christ, that I am most thankful for. Father I pray that you touch all of us, bless us in the way you see fit for us to be blessed. Search us and cleanse our hearts, restore any negativity with thought of purity and love. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
