The last few months I have been having nightmares that go far beyond my ability to describe. My wife wakes me and says I was yelling, screaming, flailing in bed, and I am horse from screaming, heart beating out of control, sweating, and sucking wind like I just finished a marathon. I am unable to articulate the content of the dreams, as it sounds so absurd and ridiculous, its embarrassing to try to explain it. Christy says last night is the worst one yet. Yet, perhaps strangely, I never have much trouble going back to sleep after, and I never fear going to sleep in the first place. Really strange.
