The last time Jamie Alderton and I videod a workout I was 6 weeks out from THE WBFF (before I pulled out). I was depleted, feeling weak and lethargic. It was by no means a true reflection of what we could lift at our strongest (when in a calorie surplus). Within the next month Jay and I will be meeting to plan the next fitness model workshop, we have both been focusing on muscle hypertrophy and I think it is only right that we film a training session at our strongest and show you guys what sort of poundages we can really move! What would you like to see us train? My suggestion is a heavy ass old school chest workout with lots of drop sets, band work and rest pauses? youtube/watch?v=ip7ppKn-akk
