The last time we saw the Pakistani team playing a test match, they represented each and every bit of our passion. We saw a batsman not known for being attacking, play extremely aggressively in what could count as one of the best test innings of this decade. We saw a wicket keeper batsman, under pressure, pay a supreme knock when he was sent up the order We saw a fast bowler, not in the ranks of Anderson ( not just yet anyways) find superb bounce and life on a dead pitch. We saw a captain known as calm and sedate, be extremely animated and inspirational. That team, which does not consistent of legends ( at least not yet) played with their hearts. We are now ranked number three, we still have a lot to win, and there are a million reasons to be motivated and inspired. Here is hoping we say the same team out there. Best of luck Pakistan.
