The last two camps I got away unscathed helping the kids build their shelf units. This time......holding boards and nails for the cute little monkeys . 🙈🙉🙊. I got my thumb pounded 👍. A nail pounded in my finger 👉. And a hit to the skin at the bottom of my thumb👌. A nice blood blister. Lol. Between their gentle tapping on the nail and wild swinging at it. Hahaha. This proves the reflexes do get way slow as you get older. Cant get my hand out of the way fast enough any more. And. This was just the first day. Lol. They were very sorry. And asked if I was ok. I said yup , just let me get the nail out of my finger. They asked if I meddled a bandaid. I said nope....what doesnt kill you makes you stronger. Hahaha. Just squeeze it till it stopped bleeding. And were good to go. And so we went. Hahaha. Lets go for the thumb now. Its all fun and theyre making some good looking shelves. The painting starts tomorrow.
