* The last two days have been the absolute worst . Lisa went through radiation treatment as well as a stint to help open an artery being compressed by the tumor. She came out of surgery with s feeding tube in her stomach. She freaked, has been in overwhelming pain ever since. To have somebody beg for help and scream in pain for twenty plus hours non stop is the worst .thing ever. A combo of dolota oxyco morphene and ativan over an hour or two slowed things down a bit. About the time of got her to sleep an aide had to come through checking blood pressure. Really ... wtf already. So we go for a midnite run to the CT lab for some pics to see why so much pain... they bring her back and finally sleeping again, Im exhausted have to make the 43 mile run home in a blizzard. Then come all the way back out to turn in the rental car in the morning. Havent even had a chance to figure out what to do for transportation after I turn in the rental. Thats going to be a blast. Thats about the most positive as I can be at the moment. Ive spent much time in the chapel here at the hospital lately, my faith is still good but Im tired of the freaking test already. Can I get just a little bit more of a break down here.
