The Table snatched a few beef eye of round roasts, short north briskets, and pork organs. Katalinas Cafe Corner has been steaming through pork shoulder butts! Harvest Pizzeria got beef brisket. Short North Piece of Cake has been loving a combination of ground beef, pork, and mild country sausage. Latitude 41 Restaurant has been doing some amazing things with boneless pork loin! alanas food & wine got her plethora of goat shanks & ground lamb last week! A few other restaurants were in this week.... Anyone know who were missing?
