The late great Roy D. Higgins (Jake) My dad has passed away after a long battle with lung cancer. Carolyn was by his side and could use your support, if you get a chance. A visitation is scheduled for 4-6 pm, Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014 at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Avenue Duluth. My dad came from a large family and had a lot of friends.
