The latest on the Marrache fraud case is that defending Counsel have at this late stage of the proceedings put in a motion to recluse the Judge on the grounds that he is overage to be appointed as a Judge in Gibraltar. How many millions has been spent on this case. If this motion is successful we will have to start all over again. You and I the taxpayer are footing the bill. Desperate measures by the defendants and their lawyers. Or should I use the word tactics.
