The latest review from a satisfied HomeFix customer: The roof on our townhome was starting to show signs of wear and we knew from our home inspector that it was about that time to replace the roof. Wed been getting estimates for the replacement and were on information overload at this time (mind you we were planning a wedding at the same time). The sales rep came out and cleared everything up and made us feel at ease with this major purchase. They explained the importance of going with a quality roofer and we were able to rest easy with our decision to go with HomeFix. The day before my install date, the weather reports called for rain. They were very quick in giving me a phone call and set up the install for the following day. The workers showed up before I could leave for work in the morning, and they were gone before I got home. Everything looks great and we are getting compliments from neighbors. If i had to be picky, Id suggest a better a closeout process. I wasnt home when the work was completed so signed forms needed to be scanned or faxed in. It would have been nice to have a packet that says what was done, what was installed, what is covered, who to contact, etc.; however, everyone I contact is very responsive and courteous. We would definitely work with them again. N. Williams
