The law is pretty clear in what those four little words say...if the subsidies are only said to be available to those in which the STATE set up the site...then that is what is says. No interpretation necessary. Had they LOOKED AT THE BILL before they VOTED on it, flaws like this would have been seen...OH-WELL... Seems to me it is a checks and balance issue. If each State decided not to create a market simply because of the expense involved, the State would be within its right to do just that, not create a burden on the people and turn it to the Feds to resolve. Unfortunately, historically we have seen, the FEDS are totally INEPT to solve anything~ Learn a little history. If SCOTUS rules the subsidies are good for all, then we miss another chance to tank this MONSTER and will have to rest on Congress to do their job. Good luck with that too. Judge Roberts handed us the key when he told us that the ACA was a tax...a TAX MUST ORIGINATE IN THE HOUSE...ACA originated in the Senate hence it is a void law~! People WAKE UP~! Learn a little about our system and take action. In this case, no action. Do not sign up for this travesty or you will regret it. Remember the new rates wont be published until the beginning of the year.
