The law is the law and the naked truth of the banks theft and fraud can never be covered up....not even by a corrupt judge..that is the reason why at the close of pleadings at the strike out stage the judges abused their power and denied me due process and allowed the defendant bank to fail to reply to my affidavit reply to the banks defence to suppress the truth....once the bank reply to my affidavit reply to the defendant banks dishonest illegal defence the light will be shone on the truth and the banks defence will collapse....because the defendant banks defence has no foundation in law.
