The law provide that a person so chosen for political office must be of unblemished character, a person whom no adverse findings have been established by a commission or committee of enquiry. Dr Ben Kumbour reported a murder attempt on his life, however police investigation revealed the shot was fired from a weapon on him. All other evidence gathered from the scene testified that the exit point of the bullet was from the car indicating that he lied about the purported attempt on his life. A police report indicted him for deceit of public officer and recommended his prosecution. The Atty Gen has so failed to prosecute him or give him a reprieve. I am therefore urging all civil societies to alert Ghanaians of these selective prosecution by the AG and prepared for a massive demonstration at a date to communicate later! #prosecuteBenKumbour
