The lawful jurisdiction on land within the states for the Federal - TopicsExpress

The lawful jurisdiction on land within the states for the Federal Government is defined in Article I, Section 8, and clause 17 of the Constitution: To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; Where is there any mention of National Parks, National Forests, or any other management role within the states? Only the specified and enumerated purposes are applicable, per the 10th amendment... so unless theres an amendment Im not aware of expanding on this clause the Feds are usurping state territory. Since the Federal Government has started putting up public land as collateral on the debt and then borrow from countries that have stated their desire to destroy us... wouldnt that qualify as treason under Article III, Section 3 of the same Constitution? Seems like such action is giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the states to me.... but then, who am I... just one of the cattle the Feds want to cull from the herd. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. MAYBE now people can see why we must remove these lying globalist bastards out of our government by any means necessary. After you read the linked article perhaps there might be a little more support for my Plan of Action. peakprosperity/forum/our-land-collateral-national-debt/38295 publius87.wordpress/2014/01/02/a-plan-of-action/
