The level of corruption with the banks and the courts is hard to fathom, Was in court with john ( not his real name), it was the second sitting of the registrar, the bank ignored over 40 letters that contained questions about the alleged mortgage and similarly ignored the ccma, the bank had appointed a barrister, john had written to the registrar and asked if he could hear matters of a constitutional nature, to which he ignored. Johns case was called and he pointed out that that bank have no standing in court as the bank hadnt exhausted the ccma, the registrar ignored john and said he would send it to the judges list, john is appealing the registrars decision,how can the matter be allowed to enter the court when the banks clearly havent adhered to the law, namely the ccma (code of conduct on mortgage arrears), courts are aiding and abetting banks in fast track evictions Courts are meant to be a last resort when all else is exhausted, registrars and judges are ignoring peoples rights all over the country in favour of banks,if they cant abide by the law, then there is no law.
