The life of our friend Todd Henry, who was killed by one of his students in a life skills class, should have created change in our Texas systems that take care of people with developmental disabilities. Whats the answer? In light of the little lady with disabilities that was killed in Cedar Park by fellow day hab participant with disabilities and a criminal background-- how many more people have to die as a result of being attacked before Texas addresses this important issue?
