The light There never was a road That led not to Rome. There - TopicsExpress

The light There never was a road That led not to Rome. There never was a belief That led not to relief And there never was a fight That led not to light. I am looking for this light With all my lovely might. I have had of this light some glimpses, Fulfilling my heart;s wishes, For I know, sweet as a dove, It comes from the hallowed land of love, The fleecy clouds know it, So does the smothering morning mist. The gnarled oaks looked at me Kindling my imagination in glee. They looked at the enigmatic Patterns of crop circles, all succinct, Which of light and God spoke, To the connectedness of peace bowed, And yet, to decipher their presence, But a few men had the essence. Travelling across the sands of time, In weathers bad and fine, Engrossed, enraptured, With all my attention captured, I have been bowing earnestly, For this light in all honesty. And when I saw it, beautiful, Amazingly green and cool, As the oceans water green, I sais,What an event unforeseen! With concentrated intention, The light catches my attention And I feel that all is light, Everybody and everything is light And God is light. Pramila Khadun.
