The lightning is like anger filled sorrow uncontained Released to ravage where it may, The thunder as a warning growl to come before, The clouds are like the brooding eyes of a parent, The rain like tears shed in sadness, The wind like the sound of bemoaned loss, The heat in the air like comfort unwanted, The storm itself like the release of grief, long and enduring, The bright sky behind as life, Going on even after the despair for lost ones.
