The lines of life are not like the lines of the palm. When you work in a dark environment of dark people, it is the light in you that carries you along. It is not how long you have worked in a place that makes you a leader, but how much you commit your energy, resources and time to see to the growth of the place. Nothing is as difficult as turning around a death snake to live, because those who killed, tell you their reasons, those who eat tells you their reasons and you who come to bring back to life is hated because you must step on so many toes and prove many wrong. Your growth is with caution and calm, at times let your effort looks like a failure but never loss sight of the little growth you make until the enemy and snake killers are all too full of mockery to discover your little progress. But note that even your very nose will say to you, your really failing, never mind your heart and mind is never far from you. Many only want growth but never realize growth, so there fail. It is not how much your put into a venture that makes it, but how well you manage it.
