The link I posted about Fulton Speedway changing there rules wont work beacuse they turned off there website but this is what I was able to get from the post they put with there link Positive change coming already. Its not much but its a start. Kudos to Fulton Speedway for leading the way. If anyone other than track officials enter a hot track under caution the race will be immediately red flagged. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This will only work though for when the red flag is displayed that drivers stop as soon as they can , not going to name names but this past saturday the couple times the red flag came out a couple drivers ignored it and continued to let there car roll .
