The link below takes you to the last Bing Crosby Christmas special. It was taped in September, 1977 near London, and noted for the odd pairing of Bing and David Bowie singing a duet of Little Drummer Boy & Peace on Earth. Bowie did not want to do the song - much less the show - except that his mum loved Bing so he agreed to do it for her. Der Bingle sings White Christmas one final time at 48 minutes into the clip if you want skip to near the end. The show aired on CBS in November of ’77 after Crosby’s death on a golf course in Spain, just 5 weeks after the taping.
