The little dog has been picked up by the vet team. Chamnan reports that he is an old dog (maybe over 10 years of age), and when it was left tied up another dog bit it on the neck. So far he has been very loving to everyone. So it is back to the clinic for a good wash and some treatment. Thank you for all your offers to foster him, we will observe him for a while to see whether he is sick and needs treatment before we contact foster families. Likewise if you would like to adopt let me know and we can arrange for you to come and meet the dog.
