The logic that our senior management applied some 2 decades back was simple. If you do not get quality people with skills then train fresh graduates and make them the way you expect. CMS Infosystems, in search of skilled IT professionals initiated the idea of CMS Institute Network (which is now spread across the country) as regional training and recruitment units. For over last 2 years we have one such unit at Thrissur too. CMS has allotted only 4 units for entire state of Kerala and in that we have one in Thrissur.
