The big Saint Patricks Day celebration looms and it brings out a few of the crowd...and some amateurs too. Every week, it becomes harder to pick our Frosty Mug Salute and GBTKD Shout Out. The deluge of folks who want to be world famous is overwhelming! Keep those pictures and emails coming. You too might become world famous! The winner of the coveted mug for this GBTKD is Chef Adam Schumm from the Dirty Apron Catering Company in Richmond, Virginia. Adam prepared the world famous author a fantastic lunch for a book reading event this week, and it was unreal. Sandwich wraps, fresh garden salad, fresh fruits, and a spicy soup that was outstanding. He is a culinary genius! Adam spent some time training in Ireland, so he knows a thing or two about frosty mugs too! Check his fine company out on facebook, and send him a few likes, and if you are in the area, remember him for all your food and catering needs. Our fans and readers, may not realize that I am quite the culinary legend myself. I just am not famous for cooking good food - quite the opposite. I gave Adam my legendary recipe for my world famous mac and cheese and he humored me, then tossed it in the trash can.
