The look for Opera News October Cover Girl Ana Maria Martinez was created by our own Hair and Make up Designer David Zimmerman! He was in Santa Fe for the photo shoot last Summer when he stylized her hair, make up and clothing. Davids clients have included Joyce DiDonato, Patricia Racette, Martha Stewart, and Deborah Voigt. We caught up with him backstage as he preparing Ms. Voigts wig for Salome. Of course, Ms. Martinez, a Latina sensation, will be starring in our upcoming production of La boheme this March!
