/The looming war of the branches is about to degenerate further into an infantile war of ribbons. If it were not so tragic, it should be comic. To begin with, there is no reason to war against the coequal branches. True, the administration is preparing to file a motion for reconsideration on the SC ruling on DAP. Most lawyers I have talked to think the only matter at stake here is the delineation of culpability. No way the original ruling of unconstitutionality will be reversed. The call for supporters to come out and wear yellow ribbons on their chests will politicize a judicial issue. It will polarize the population. It will produce acrimony and maybe even factional tussle. It is thoroughly misled./ The Yellow Color in Philippine History: Brown has a shade of yellow too. Remember the brown shirts of Hitler? But the yellow banner with a white under is the color of the Jesuit order of priests (SJ), the Illuminati, the Knights of Columbus and the fake part of the Masonic Order. The Order of Preachers (OP or the Dominicans) has a black and white banner and a black dog at the bottom ~ this is why they were also called the the Blackfriars. The yellow color with the black and white had played a great part in the history of the Philippines. They were the banners of the Dominicans and the Jesuits who were the managers of the Inquisition in the country during the colonial period and the realty administrators of the Vatican in behalf of God as co-managers of the encomiendas. The Black and White and the Hyatt 10, in recent history, figured in the last decade in the ouster of President Estrada and the failed attempt to oust. A century and a decade ago, the Taft Commission or the 2nd Philippine Commission, had proposed the dismantling of the encomiendas and the friar estates in its effort to achieve a more popular ownership of lands in its path to democracy. The Vatican had sent the Archbishop of New Orleans, Placide Louise Chapelle, to the Philippines to broker the sale of the friar estates in negotiation with the 2nd Phil Commission. Chapelle resided in the Sto. Domingo Church of the OPs in Quezon City where the remains of the assassinated Sen. Ninoy Aquino lied in state for days draped with the Philippine flag and the yellow and white banners inside and outside the chart. Chapelle succeeded in getting from Taft, $8.75 million as payment in sale for about 145 hectares of friar lands in the vicinity of Manila and Central Luzon, which included a sugar cane plantation and mill owned by a religious order. Having done what the Vatican had entrusted him to do, Chapelle went home to New Orleans with a few Dominican priests (who built their church and parish in Louisiana and paid the debts of the Churchs Bishopric See in the area to the tune of about a hundred thousand dollars) and along the way from the pier to the Bishops residence, he collapsed and died of yellow fever. That set off the yellow fever a little less than 100 years later that brought back Sen. Ninoy Aquino (bearing the name Marcial Bonifacio in his passport) to his death from Boston, Massachusetts where the the Jesuits had cared and protected him. (Remember the Jesuit priest who certified that PNoy is psychologically upright during the 2010 presidential elections). If we recall the death of the Bonifacio brothers, the conspirators met in a friar estate (possibly owned by the Jesuit or the Dominicans) before the brothers were executed. The last persons to see Jose P.Rizal before he was executed were Jesuits priests who were hellbent to make him sign a retraction document. Incidentally, when the US decided to appoint Filipinos in the 2nd Philippine Commission, a maternal grandfather of President Benigno S. Aquino III was given a seat. And another was the paternal grandfather of the wife of ex Chief Justice Renato Corona, whose dollar deposit from the proceeds of the sale of his wifes family which he did not declare in his SALN was the central factor in his impeachment trial.
