The lost of States Sovereignty in the US is by the 17th Amendment - TopicsExpress

The lost of States Sovereignty in the US is by the 17th Amendment of the US Constitution; ratified on the DC Hill May 13, 1912. Now US Senators are elected by popular vote with this amendment. Please see the attached in what our fore-fathers set up in regard to US Senators and to protect States Sovereignty and The People. Section. 3. The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, CHOSEN by the Legislature THEREOF, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote. So who was the US Presidents in the USA in 1912? Progressive Party; Theodore Roosevelt (incumbent), and Woodrow Wilson (Democrat); and yes Woodrow Wilson won the presidency in November 1912 and he nor his party in control reversed the 17th Amendment. Do you get the picture? Our US Constitution and Freedoms have been attacked since 1912 if you believe in the US Constitution. I do believe in the original text of the US Constitution in regard to States Sovereignty; it gave more Power to The People. To elect political officials on a State Level is more Power to The People; than voting for political officials on a national level. Seriously; it is easier to vote out State Politicians than it is to vote out National Politicians! So here you go...A Progressive Party President and a Democratic Party President in 1912 took away Power of The People!
