The lunch menu at the company cafeteria.... The top choice was four apricots coated in cake batter, rolled in cinnamon sugar and deep fried. It was served on butter sugar crumbs and all of this coated with icing sugar. A side of sweet apple sauce and a jelly donut to finish. This combo is the main meal... not a dessert. The vegetarian choice was two great big scoops of herring sandwich spread (enough sandwich spread for about 6 sandwiches). Apparently herring is a vegetable... The cafeteria usually has good meal chices but some days.... they really miss the mark. It was a salad bar day for me :-)
