The mail sent by PTA members of our school.... Scholl shifting mostly delayed till April.....!! This email is send on behalf of PTA: DEAR PARENTS PTA HAD A MEETING with THE MANAGEMENT On October 16, 2013, in the essential spirit of finding an amicable solution to the SHIFTING ISSUE and solving differences internally. PTA extends its sincere thanks to The ManagingTrustees represented by Mr Jayesh Yagnik, Mr Rajul Pathak And Mrs Neela Kotak for sparing time on a holiday to solve this issue amicably. Mr Yagnik reiterated the flexible stand of the Management and provided the Following Options: (1) SHIFTING TO SETH G.H. HIGH SCHOOL: This Option According To The Management Is The Best Option As The Management Has Provided Spacious Classrooms And New Laboratory There. Mr Yagnik Has In Principle Agreed To Defer The Shifting To April Provided No Further Delays Are Caused By The Objections Of Parents Via The Pta. (2) SHIFTING TO R. C . Patel SCHOOL : This Option is with the Condition That There Would Be Lot Of Noise And Dust From The Ongoing Work. At The Same Time If There Is Damage To The Foundation Of R.C.Patel School Then School May Have To Be Shifted Immediately If the Architect Certifies So. The Students And Parents would not have any choice of premises at that juncture. Mr Yagnik was not clear which premises would be provided at a later date. (3) SHIFTING OF THE SCH OOL TO ANY OTHER PREMISES IN BORIVLI WEST: This Option is provided The Premise Is Available For 5 Years And has a Water Connection. Mr Yagnik has also promised that if parents are willing to shift to Borivli East he would address all Infrastructure And Security Concerns which are within the power of The Management.He has broadly committed a Time Frame Of 5 Years for completing the construction and returning MKVVIV SCHOOL back to its current premises. Actual Construction Time Would Be 3 Years And Another Two Years As A Buffer; The countdown would start after the school is shifted. However No Detailed Plans Are Ready As Yet. Parents are requested to deliberate on these options and get back as early as possible via email only to ptamkvviv@yahoo with cc to their class representatives at the earliest. P.S. PTA requests all parents not to believe in rumours; PTA will be communicating with you on a regular basis and will provide you with Updates. PTA IS NOT CONDUCTING ANY FURTHER SIGNATURE CAMPAIGNS. PTA IS NOT COLLECTING FUNDS FROM ANY PARENTS; hence if any parents have done so we request that you bring it to the notice of your class representative in writing with cc to [email protected] We request all parents to have patience with the PTA and trust your elected representatives to proceed democratically in resolving this issue with the management in an amicable manner.
