The main reason I was saying that I would instinctively hide is partly because that is instinctive to my personality type and so that I could help set an example about what should be done so that people can keep things in perspective (especially if they are trying to politick). Ice Cube is omnipotent and I wouldnt have a problem with saying that he taught me a lot. Most of what he rhymes about are things that I instinctively have to interpret and I agree with his main points, anyway. Im the diplomat type, anyway, so politically I am most likely to want to be able to find people to work with from those communities. Being flighty just doesnt work, politically. What do you stand for? Can everyone handle conditioning each other and being able to stand on their own? I have a lot of respect and admiration for someone who can be honest about what their situation is. It shows that they have a lot going on for them mentally and physically, especially when it comes to coping and resilience (the fire burning within them is beautiful and I totally respect it) and I feel sympathy for those who dont (It is important to pay attention to if people are abusing you or not and know how to handle that and still be able to keep things in perspective Having love for people and do what you can to care for yourself and other people as much as you can within your locus of influence is likely to help inspire people to garner respect in the way that you want to, instead of just tearing yourself and other people down).
