The major work of the world is not done by geniuses. It is done by ordinary people, with balance in their lives, who have learned to work in an extraordinary manner. Up/Down, Happy/Sad, Light/Dark, Rich/Poor, Work/Play, Pleasure/Pain... Life is contrast and life is balance! Many things will enter your life that you may often wish would just disappear but in doing so you are missing out on a rich part of your experience. Curtis 50 Cent Jackson once said Joy wouldnt feel so good if it wasnt for pain and while most might look at this as a clever line to a clever song, we must realize that there is power in those words! How can we know light if weve never seen the darkness? How do we know what is good, if bad didnt exist? My point is that you should never look at contrast as a bad thing! It is needed in life in order for you to recognize your abundance! When the lows come in, take it as a signal to appreciate your highs. When the storm begins to brew, visualize how you will enjoy the sun once the storm is over. Stay sharp, Stay consistent, and never lose focus! As Shawn Carter once said Sometimes youre up, sometimes youre down... But as long as you stay the same, it will come back around. Find Your Balance! And enjoy all that life has to offer! Remember: Even when its all bad, Its all good!! Every part of your experience is a piece of the final puzzle! Life is about balance. The good and the bad. The highs and the lows. The pina and the colada. We can be sure that the greatest hope for maintaining equilibrium in the face of any situation rests within ourselves. Faith gives you an inner strength and a sense of balance and perspective in life. The calm and balanced mind is the strong and great mind; the hurried and agitated mind is the weak one. Be moderate in order to taste the joys of life in abundance. We must remember balance and moderation. Patience can be spiritually enriching and virtuous... but when taken in excess, it turns to procrastination, the poison of inaction. Live a balanced life - learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some.
