.The male sighed lightly allowing the breath to push out of his mouth and past his lips. He then looked over to a dummy as it hung from a cieiling the male would shut his eyes for a second reopening them. He had found the color of his eyes to have switched to a red and black.-c- .The male would then seperate his feet placing them away from each other he bent his knees then pushed off the floor leaping into the air he adjusted his body in mid air and placed his legs spread out as a single leg with its foot following as it would then come to hit the Dummies head -c- .The force of his foot coming into contact with the wooden head causing it to crack and splinter around the head down to the forehead it was almost as if his body stayed still during this swift motion he placed his free leg to the wooden dummies chest pushing off of it allowing him to fall back on his hands then cart wheel onto his feet not having broken a sweat nor breath.[d]
