The man charged with the Boles Fire in Weed this summer wanted to burn down the apartment complex where he once lived. Authorities made that claim when 24 year old Ronald Marshall was arraigned earlier this week. Prosecutors say Marshall apparently wanted the fire to spread to the apartment complex where he once lived. The Bolles fire destroyed more than 160 structures in Weed. Marshall was arrested this past Saturday morning by police in Weed.
