The manager Ron at Randalls store in Austin, TX (5311 Balcones Dr Austin, TX 78731) was very rude and disrespectful when asking a questioning the pricing on Sprite Zero. I purchased (3) 12 cans of Sprite Zero and the yellow price tag shows the Regular Price of $5.99 and Buy 2 Get 1 Free and below it is says $4.00 when you purchase 3. At checkout, I was charged much more and I took the receipt to the customer service desk and I was handed off to Manager Ron Fry who was disrespectful and condescending when pointing out the price tag could be clearer. I ended up just returning the product just to prove a point since Ron was so rude. Ron goes on and starts telling the story to the other cashier (who also happens to be named Ron) as well. Obviously, Safeway put the wrong person in a managerial position. Ron (manager) totally lacks customer service skills and could of easily just explained it differently. As a Safeway shareholder and customer for decades, I find it very disappointing that your company allows managers to be so disrespectful. I can only imagine how Ron treats his employees if he treats customers this way.
