The market solution to global warming is to simply let rich people buy and sell polar bears. This would increase the polar bear population and give rich people an extra incentive to stop global warming. They would pollute less by driving fewer miles, because why go out when you can stay home by the pool and enjoy an ice cold Coca-Cola Classic with your new furry pet? Granted, a lot of rich people would get eaten by polar bears, but thats a feature not a bug.
