The masons have decided that we can now have the hall for £250 - BUT we cant have the carpark (unless we pay £99 and then its just on Sunday) or the kitchen (so we lose the food wed planned to provide) or the room upstairs, we cant get into the building before 9 and have to be out by 11 (so would have to lose one game session to have set up time), we have to pay £5 per person for anyone bringing in any type of snacks or food (and I think that is each time you bring something in so that would add up to £15 per person over the weekend assuming eating two meals a day unless you eat outside), we cant provide any drinks at all (so no tea or coffee) and anyone caught bringing soft drinks or snacks in without paying or going upstairs will be thrown out - somehow I dont think thats workable!
