The mathematical equation for peace starts with trusting in the Lord. If you add trusting in the Lord into your normal daily life then it will equal peace. Now that sounds simple but if your life is like mine and so many others in this World that might be a big chore because life is full of peace robbing circumstances. I thank most people know the scripture in Psalm 23:4 that tells us, “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of Death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Another piece to this equation is found in this verse. It comes when we trust in the Lord and give him our problems and lean on him and it is the feeling we get that everything will be OK; we are comforted. Now, I don’t know about you but when I put my trust in the Lord and lean on him by giving him my struggles and then there comes this peace upon me, WOW! That is comforting to say the least. So, my word of positive encouragement to you today dear fb friends is this; go out there in the World today and face those giants that rob you of your joy and peace and slay them with the sword of trust you have in your hand. God has given you the ability to trust in him if you want it so use it today and lean on him and see what happens! God Bless ya today
