The media is divided along political interests, I for certain reasons concur. When AIT and Channels TV came on air, it gladdened my heart, not only that they are private broadcasting firms but because apart from the expected neutrality, I believed they would be abreast with feeding Nigerians with live reports of every eye-brow raising events. However, I can not say that they have failed to do this but theres one expect where theyve not lived up to my expectations. I dreamed of having a Nigerian version of Christian Amanpour of CNN; reporting live from war zones. But that has never happened, rather they seem to have been taken over by opposition political entities hence they are indirectly supporting APC and BH. A recent report said that Abubakar Shekau has hoisted a flag of his Islamic caliphate somewhere in Gwoza, please who is forth coming with the pictorial evidence where they have mounted their flags and local community cheering them??? Our media is simply joining the fight against GEJ, raising fears and doubts here and there. Because of this bias nature of carrying out there job, I have decided to stick with Goodluck Ebele Jonathan despite all odds. In as much as I know hes not 100% perfect, I also understand that nobody is and moreso, APC has nobody near that. #JONATHANIAN!
