The media is pushing the envelope that the US pulled out of Iraq too soon when in fact, PM Maliki administratively kicked the US out of country by not signing the SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement). Why didnt he sign the SOFA you ask? Oh because he wanted the ability to try and convict US Personnel in the Iraqi judicial system.
