The meeting at Cameron Bks: I noted that the FOR side had a tape recorder with them, did they have permission.? As this is not a private establishment PERMISSION and houses NON MILITARY STAFF. All the non military staff should have been made aware of the facts that a meeting was taking place, and sign-age placed on the entrance to the door, to where the meeting was taking place. The person wishing to use the TR should have been granted WRITTEN PERMISSION by the owners. The document is legal and bounding. After the meeting was conclude BOTH PARTIES SHOULD THEN HAVE A COPY OF THE TAPE. Anyone that has worked in private security could have advices them of this. To use a TR is just like using C.C.T.V. You need to make others aware.
