The meeting scheduled to kick off this weekend at Kaptara will be another forum to reaffirm our previous and continuous commitment to ensuring that Titles are first issued before any other kind of engagement is commenced. Tullow Oil should stop this mockery and mishandling of our very vital issues. We are not that easy to manipulate neither are we desperate for their goodies. They either listen to us or go to hell. This is my ten cent advice to them; we wont offer our services as Kerio residents to bullies. They MUST recognize the seriousness we attach to this very important Exercise as well as the Land. We are not going to carry out any Baseline Survey in our soils and NO one else can, at least for now till we become the legal owners of our land. Drilling is their business while Title Deeds is our requirement.
